The harbor map

The map is the home screen: every boat, berth, rack and drawn element in its real position. Click any element to open its details.

Tabs are lenses

The right sidebar's tabs (Boats, Tasks, Berths, Members, …) are lenses: the active tab decides both which list you see and what the colors on the map mean. The legend inside each tab always explains the current color scheme.

  • Boats — colors follow the season's set-out / lift-up schedule: red is overdue, green is today, yellow upcoming.
  • Tasks — colors follow task status; filters narrow by status or connected order.
  • Berths — rentals lens shows availability and reservations; ownership lens shows who owns what.
  • Members — colors by member type, or highlight members with overdue payments.

What the boat colors mean

With the Boats lens active, each boat's fill is a traffic light for its seasonal operation (set out in spring, lift up in autumn). A boat with nothing scheduled stays neutral white with a dark frame, so the colored ones are always the ones needing attention.

Selecting and details

Clicking a boat, berth or other element opens its detail panel inside the sidebar without switching your active tab. The detail shows the element's info, notes and actions; close it to return to the list. The selected element is tinted (boats turn blue; a selected berth darkens its fill) so you always see what's open.

The date range

Boats, Tasks and Berths share one date range picker. In Boats it highlights operations within the range; in Berths it narrows the list to berths available for that span.

Finding a berth for a boat

In the Berths tab, pick a boat in “Find berth for boat”. The list and map narrow to berths that are free for the chosen dates and fit the boat's size and category. While the mode is active, opening any berth shows a bar with a one-click assign button — with a confirmation before anything is booked.

Layers, icons and badges

The layer toggles control which element categories are drawn — boats, berths, racks, zones, obstacles; roads are hidden by default.

Elements carry small colored badges for states worth spotting from afar. Zoomed out they render as plain dots; zoom in close and they expand into icon pills. Racks show as a pill with their fill grade — sky blue normally, amber when full.
