Member records and accounts

A member record (with a sequential member number from 10001) is the harbor's registry entry. It can be linked to a login account by inviting the member; once linked, they see My page for your harbor.

Member types and colors

Harbors define their own member types with a label and a color of your choosing (for example ordinary, honorary, commercial). With the map's Members lens active, every boat and berth is tinted by its member's type color — one glance shows how the harbor is distributed. The type also targets noticeboard posts and shows as a colored tag in member lists.

Turn on the overdue-payments filter and members with unpaid invoices flash bright red instead:

Economy at a glance

A member's page collects their boats, berths, orders and payment status. With the accounting integration connected, invoice and payment state come straight from the accounting system.
