Orders and invoicing
The economy flows through a chain: request → order → work → invoice, with your accounting system as the ledger.
The chain
A member's service request (bestilling) can be approved into an order; the order can spawn tasks for the work; and when done, the order is sent to the accounting system as an invoice. Each step is visible on the order so you always know where things stand.
Products and pricing
The price list holds the harbor's products. Prices can be fixed, tiered, seasonal — or variable: a formula over boat and member variables (for example length × rate), built with a visual builder or written directly, with a live preview.
Accounting integration
Orders push to the connected accounting provider (Tripletex today; the integration is provider-agnostic). Invoice status and payments are read back, powering overdue indicators on members and the map.
