Requests and waiting lists
Everything anybody has asked the harbour for. A request nobody has answered yet is a place in the waiting list for what it asks for — one page, not two.
Where requests come from
Members ask from their own page; staff write down what arrives by phone or at the dock with “New request”. That is also how somebody is put in a queue by hand — there is no separate door, so every place in a line carries a record of what was asked for and who wrote it down.
An approved membership application enrols the applicant in whatever they asked for when they applied, dated from the application rather than from the decision.
The tabs are the queues
What somebody wants decides which queue they stand in: renting a berth and buying one are separate lines that end in different paper, wintering is a third (the ground, a shelf, or a berth whose type winters), and the work asked of the harbour — a lift, a wash, a repair — is the fourth, under “Services”.
Order is by when it was asked for, or when the asker became a member if that came later. Two tabs are not queues at all: applicants, who cannot hold a place until they are members, and what has already been answered.
Answering one
Reply from the row — with an agreement (a rental, a transfer, or a plain offer) or with a direct order. Answering can trigger automations, for example a confirmation email or an automatic order.
